The Divisional Training Director is expected to commit to at least 2 years to the position, reporting to the Vatcan Division Director.
Responsible for:

• Providing strong leadership to the Divisional FIR Training Staff.
• Implementing Vatcan Training Policies.
• Enhancing and reviewing the FIRs training programs, in particular, implementation of the Global Controller Administration Policy (GCAP).
• Providing regular reports to the Divisional Director.
• Any other duties as directed by the Vatcan Divisional Director.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently be an active member of Vatcan.
• ATC Rating: I1 or Higher.
• Be in good terms with Vatsim, Vatcan and the Flight Information Region.
• Be knowledgeable in the Vatsim and Vatcan Policies, in particular the Code of Conduct, Regulations, GCAP, Transfer and Visiting Policies.
• Having real world experience either as a commercial pilot or as an air traffic controller is considered an asset.
• Having previously produced policies is considered an asset.
