The Vancouver FIR (CZVR) is looking for a Webmaster to join our staff team!

Responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining the FIRs official website
• Maintaining an online presence on the network, and in FIR Discord Channels, VATCAN TeamSpeak, and forum
• Frequently checking and responding to emails as required
• Any other duties assigned by the FIR Chief, Deputy Chief, and/or Chief Instructor

Minimum Requirements:

• Be an active member of the network, in good standing
• Be a member of CZVR, or be willing to transfer
• Hold an S1 rating or higher; preference may be given to controllers who hold an S2 rating or higher
• Experience with Object Orientated Programming (ex: C#, PHP, etc)
• Proficient with HTML and CSS
• Experience working with databases (such as MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Useful Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in PHP and/or JavaScript
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience working with OAuth (OAuth2 preferably)
• Experience working with Git
